Living Skills Specialist - Substitute Job Description: Work directly with assigned clients to improve their self-help skills in the areas of independent living. Staff in this program must successfully complete DHS required Direct Support Personnel Training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; CNA or DSP required. Experience working with people with disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license, availability of a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage, proof of insurance and a good driving record required. Employment is conditional upon passing background checks. Hours/Benefits: Substitute hours available on all shifts

Van Driver/Dispatcher
- Part Time or Substitute Job Description: Drive 14-passenger van
or 6-passenger mini-van. Follow IDOT safety rules and provide safe transportation to passengers. Complete paperwork, including pre-trip inspections of vehicles.
Take phone calls and schedule rides using computer software. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Valid Illinois driver's license and a good driving record required.
Computer knowledge required. Employment conditional
upon passing background checks. Hours:
Part time is approximately 15 hours per week. Substitute
is as needed Deadline: Feb. 17, 2012 for part time
