Business Manager
Job Description: Supervise, coordinate, and manage all funds received and dispersed; prepare budgets and reports as required by the board of directors and funding sources; create, enter, manipulate, and manage computer files and data; monitor agency's insurance and staff benefits; and develop records to meet audit needs.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required, with a minor in accounting and experience as a lead accountant, public accountant, or equivalent preferred.  Experience in the operation of computerized accounting operations, as well as developing and analyzing computer records.  Experience in IT operations, including network systems, and hardware and software applications.
Hours/Benefits: Full time (37.5 hrs per week).  Benefits package available.

Dispatcher
Job Description: A safety sensitive position responsible for answering phones, dispatching drivers, scheduling, driving as needed, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance.  Good oral and written communication skills.  Computer knowledge and skills.

Living Skills Specialist - Substitute
Job Description: Work directly with assigned clients to improve their self-help skills in the areas of independent living.  Staff in this program must successfully complete DHS required Direct Support Personnel Training.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; CNA or DSP required.  Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.  Valid driver's license, availability of a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage, proof of insurance and a good driving record required.  Employment is conditional upon passing background checks.

Pediatric Physical Therapist
Job Description: Contractual position
Qualifications: Must be credentialed in the Early Intervention system in Illinois or be able to become credentialed in a short timeframe.  Must hold a current PT license.

Respite Worker
Job Description: Provide in-home supervision to adults/children with disabilities in the Kewanee & Geneseo/Colona areas
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; CNA or DSP required.  Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.  Valid driver's license, availability of a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage, proof of insurance and a good driving record required.  Employment is conditional upon passing   background checks.
Hours: Part time, on call

Van Driver - Substitute
Job Description: Driver 14-passenger van.  Follow IDOT safety rules and provide safe transportation to passengers.  Complete paperwork, including pre-trip inspections of vehicles.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.  Valid Illinois driver's license and a good driving record required.  Employment conditional upon passing background checks.
Hours: Substitue as needed
