Abilities Plus offers two programs for children aged birth to three.
- Early Intervention (EI) is available for children with a diagnosed disability or a delay of 30 percent or greater. Children enrolled in the program can receive services from developmental, physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
- Toddler, Infant, Parent Services (T.I.P.S.) is a program for children who do not qualify for EI (note above). These children may have a mild delay, but this is not necessary for enrollment in the program. T.I.P.S. focuses on parent education concerning appropriate child development.
